Hightouch

Warehouse-native reverse ETL and customer data platform that syncs Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks data into SaaS tools, plus an AI Decisioning agent for marketing.

Hightouch

Hightouch operates a composable customer data platform built around reverse ETL: moving data out of a company's warehouse and into the SaaS tools sales, marketing, and support teams already use, rather than requiring a separate CDP database. Tejas Manohar, Kashish Gupta, and Josh Curl founded the company in San Francisco in 2018 after meeting at a hacker house, having seen firsthand at Segment how central warehouses like Snowflake and BigQuery were becoming to customer data. The core sync engine connects a warehouse table or SQL model to destinations such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Meta, and Google Ads, keeping fields updated on a schedule without engineers building custom pipelines. In 2024 the company extended into AI Decisioning, an agent-based layer that plans and runs marketing campaigns, choosing offers, channels, and timing per customer using reinforcement learning rather than static rule-based segments. Hightouch has raised $322 million total, including a $150 million Series D in April 2026 led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Bain Capital Ventures at a $2.75 billion valuation, and was named a Leader in Gartner's 2026 Magic Quadrant for Customer Data Platforms. Customers include Domino's, PetSmart, DraftKings, and Ramp.
