Adobe and NVIDIA Promise Faster Creative Workflows on RTX Spark
Adobe and NVIDIA say RTX Spark will speed AI processing, editing, color and effects in Photoshop, Premiere and Substance 3D by up to 2x. They also report early Frame.io processing gains and plan to offer an NVIDIA Nemotron-optimized Brand C

Adobe and NVIDIA say they can speed up agentic creative work, but their headline figures apply to specific products and workloads—not every Adobe customer’s setup. Announced October 15, the expanded collaboration promises up to 2x faster processing in three creative apps optimized for NVIDIA’s RTX Spark superchip. Separately, Adobe reports early gains for selected Frame.io workloads, while its Nemotron-powered Brand Concierge version is not due for enterprise customers until later this year.
RTX Spark’s speed claim covers three Adobe apps
Adobe is optimizing Photoshop, Premiere and Substance 3D for RTX Spark, citing faster AI processing, editing, color and effects. In Photoshop, Adobe says GPU-accelerated compositing improves tasks such as using the Remove Tool and applying Gaussian Blur or Light Leaks. Premiere’s optimized workflows include playback, rendering, effects, color, Enhance Speech and Object Mask; Substance 3D Painter gets acceleration for demanding texturing steps.
The “up to 2x” figure is Adobe and NVIDIA’s claim for those optimized applications, not a general benchmark for every version of the software or every computer. The announcement does not provide test configurations or a comparison baseline. Deepa Subramaniam, Adobe’s vice president of product marketing for creative professionals, said:
“Creative workflows are more multimodal than ever, with many projects spanning images, video, audio, motion and 3D, making performance critical to helping creatives stay focused on their ideas and craft.”

Frame.io reports gains from selected workloads
The cloud side of the deal targets Frame.io’s video processing and content discovery. Adobe says its updated pipeline uses NVIDIA NVDEC for hardware-accelerated video decoding and NVIDIA TensorRT with CUDA for preprocessing and embedding generation. Moving those compute-intensive steps onto NVIDIA GPUs is intended to get uploaded media processed and searchable sooner.
For selected Frame.io transcoding and search workloads, Adobe reports approximately 5x faster embedding generation, a 4–5x improvement in P95 processing latency and search proxies that are approximately 80% smaller. The company describes these as early performance results from selected workloads, rather than a universal measure of Frame.io performance. It does not specify how those figures translate into processing times for a typical production team.
Brand Concierge adds a later enterprise release
Adobe and NVIDIA also optimized Adobe Brand Concierge with NVIDIA’s Nemotron open models. Adobe says the version will be available to enterprise customers later in 2026; it gives no specific release date. NVIDIA has selected Brand Concierge for personalized interactions on NVIDIA.com, grounded in the company’s organizational data and content.
That deployment is distinct from the speed claims for the desktop creative apps and Frame.io. Adobe presents Nemotron as an option for enterprise conversational experiences, while the NVIDIA.com use case offers a named customer deployment. The announcement does not give pricing or performance figures for Brand Concierge.
The October announcement puts March’s pact to work
The expanded collaboration builds on an Adobe-NVIDIA strategic partnership announced March 16, 2026. That earlier agreement covered work on future Firefly models, agentic creative and marketing workflows, and cloud-based 3D digital twins for marketing. The October announcement supplies specific application and infrastructure examples: RTX Spark optimization for three creative apps, GPU acceleration in Frame.io and Nemotron in Brand Concierge.
Adobe and NVIDIA say the combination will speed creation, production and personalization. The published figures remain tied to particular hardware, software features and selected cloud workloads, with Brand Concierge’s enterprise release still ahead. For now, the clearest testable claims are the named app optimizations and Frame.io’s reported results.
