OpenAI's People Systems team is hiring a Workday Engineer to design, build and run the integrations behind payroll, benefits, recruiting, performance and case management. The work goes past configuration: writing and debugging integrations, automating workflows, connecting Workday to internal platforms, vendors and AI-powered tooling, and keeping production systems reliable.
