Anthropic is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager for its research organization in San Francisco or New York City. The person will embed in research areas, build programs and processes, and work on compute planning, evaluations, RL environments, and cross-team research initiatives. The posting seeks ML research or engineering background, experience building technical programs, and comfort with ambiguity, incident response, and technical tradeoffs. It is a 0-to-1 role; some incident response may happen on weekends.
