Scale AI's Red Team and Safety group is hiring a Technical Program Manager to run day-to-day relationships with frontier model developers. The role covers scoping engagements, growing accounts, explaining adversarial methodology and benchmark findings to technical buyers, coordinating delivery with research and operations, and helping launch public benchmarks. The posting wants fluency in model behavior, adversarial ML and AI safety, experience managing technical accounts or partnerships, and operational rigor. Hands-on red teaming and prior work at a frontier lab or security agency are nice to have.
