OpenAI is hiring a mid-level Technical Program Manager for its ChatGPT Multimodal team, covering voice, image generation and other modalities. The job is to build a feedback loop from real-world usage into model and product improvement: mining production signals, maintaining evaluations, packaging data for research, closing research-to-production parity gaps, and forecasting GPU and serving capacity. It requires technical depth across machine learning, evaluation, inference and capacity, plus leading cross-functional partners without direct authority.
