OpenAI's Industrial Compute organization is hiring a technical program manager for Infrastructure Operations, reporting to the Delivery & Operations Lead. The role owns goal-setting cadences, dashboards, data definitions and reporting for capacity readiness, SLA and MTTR performance, plus the first-party and partner delivery-tracking program covering milestones, forecasts and risks.
