Scale AI's Operations Planning team is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own planning and systems workstreams that turn customer demand into reliable production plans. The work covers demand forecasting, staffing and FTE budget validation, opportunity ingest in Linear and Airtable, and building dashboards, playbooks and SOPs. Each TPM is assigned to one or two priority accounts. The posting asks for program management, operational rigor, analytics literacy and stakeholder management across delivery, finance and GTM.
