The role is technical program manager for Nebius' data center fleet, covering colocation and build-to-suit sites. The person owns each site's operational health — power, cooling, space, connectivity, security — enforces landlord SLAs, plans maintenance windows and reviews MOPs, runs audits, leads incident coordination and root-cause follow-up, and builds dashboards reporting site health and risk to leadership. The posting asks for 10+ years in technical program management or critical facilities work, vendor and SLA management, and travel to sites as needed. Preferred: COLO/BTS experience and Uptime Institute, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 familiarity.
