Scale AI is hiring a tech lead manager for its LLM post-training platform team, on site in San Francisco or New York. The role builds, profiles and optimizes the internal distributed framework for large language model training and inference, works with ML and research teams, and integrates new system techniques. The framework also underpins the data quality evaluation pipeline.
