Together AI is hiring a systems research engineering intern for summer 2027, on-site in San Francisco, to write and tune GPU-accelerated kernels and algorithms for ML/AI workloads. The intern works with modeling and algorithm teams on co-designing kernels and model architecture, and with hardware and software teams on GPU architecture and programming models. The posting asks for CUDA and/or Triton experience, parallel computing, ML/AI model knowledge, and GPU profiling tools. The 12-to-14-week internship pays $58–$70 an hour and includes a housing stipend.
