Nscale seeks a full-time Support Desk Engineer in the US, onsite, to give first- and second-line support for its GPU cloud platform. The person handles tickets via email, chat and ticketing systems, troubleshoots GPU infrastructure, connectivity, configuration and platform issues, does log analysis, escalates systemic problems and writes knowledge-base articles. The customer-facing role also supports incident response. The posting asks for 2–4 years of technical support experience, Linux and networking basics, cloud platform familiarity and ticketing tools. GPU, HPC or AI/ML platform support and scripting are preferred.
