OpenAI is hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead for India, reporting to the India Managing Director. The role translates global and APAC strategy into regional execution: setting operating strategy and KPIs, building reporting cadences, improving processes across consumer, product and partnerships, supporting market entry, and hiring and mentoring a regional operations team. The posting asks for significant experience leading regional or international operations in a fast-scaling business, influence with senior stakeholders, and comfort with ambiguity. It states a hybrid model, three days a week in the Bangalore office.
