Anthropic is hiring staff and senior software engineers for the model and inference launch team within Cloud Inference. The work covers bringing Claude inference up on AWS, GCP and Azure: shipping new model architectures and features, building CI/CD and validation for the inference server and load balancer, and fixing cross-platform gaps in configuration and observability. The posting seeks large-scale distributed systems experience, automation or test infrastructure, one major cloud plus Kubernetes or infrastructure-as-code, and prefers Python or Rust. Interest in LLM serving is required; prior inference experience is not.
