Anthropic is hiring a staff engineer for its Kubernetes Platform team in London. The team runs the control plane behind the company's AI compute fleets across multiple clouds and datacenters. Work includes extending the Kubernetes scheduler for topology-aware, gang-scheduled ML workloads, scaling the apiserver, etcd and controllers, building cluster services, custom controllers and CRDs, and taking part in on-call.
