Anthropic's Enterprise Knowledge Work team is hiring a staff-level software engineer to build products that let enterprise teams work alongside Claude. The work spans end-to-end technical design, architecture and code-quality standards, and collaboration with product, design and sales to turn customer workflows into shipped features; the engineer also helps decide what those products are and works with research on evaluations and model failure modes.
