Waymo is hiring a staff software engineer for its Commercialization team in Warsaw. The job is to build and scale the backend infrastructure and tooling behind Waymo's ride-hailing and fleet management systems, including simulation used to regression-test fleet software. The work spans mobile, cloud and the Waymo Driver, and requires collaboration with operations, product, legal, partnerships and privacy groups. Candidates need a computer science degree or equivalent and six or more years of backend or infrastructure experience; C++ and developer-tools experience are preferred.
