Nebius is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the runtime side of an agent-native search platform built for AI systems rather than human users. The role centers on low-latency, high-throughput services that serve search queries in real time, including query processing, retrieval orchestration, response assembly, and observability. The posting asks for 5+ years in production backend systems and strong C++ or Rust experience with high-load, low-latency services. It is on-site in Zurich and includes coding interviews.
