Waymo's Product Data Science team is hiring a Staff data scientist for paid media. The role builds ROI methodologies, efficiency guardrails, and LTV and CAC frameworks that guide marketing spend, and runs an incrementality measurement program — geo holdouts, switchback experiments, media mix modeling — across brand, performance, promotions and referrals. It asks for at least eight years in growth marketing, ownership of measurement strategy, SQL plus Python or R, and causal inference fundamentals.
