A staff machine learning engineer on Airbnb's Assistance Engineering ML team, which works on customer support AI. The person will build and optimize ML systems and product integrations, including LLM fine-tuning, RAG and search, LLM evaluation and test automation, feedback-based learning and guardrails, working with product, design and other engineers.
