Tenstorrent is hiring a verification engineer to own CPU core-level verification for its in-house out-of-order RISC-V CPUs. The work covers planning functional verification of core features, building UVM, assembly and C/C++ stimulus, functional models and coverage for ISA and RISC-V extensions, and debugging simulation and emulation regressions with RTL, waveforms and logs. Applicants should have 8+ years in CPU verification or digital design and deep out-of-order microarchitecture knowledge. Hybrid in Bengaluru, with an offer contingent on U.S. export-control eligibility.
