Reddit's ads data science team is hiring a staff data scientist to own identity, measurement and signal quality for its advertising business. The work spans probabilistic identity resolution, lift and attribution methodology, experiment design at scale, and the ground-truth sets used to train and evaluate models. A master's or PhD in a quantitative field is required, with six-plus years of applied science experience (ten-plus with a master's), Python or R and SQL, and depth in measurement, identity graphs or predictive modelling with signal loss. Remote in the US.
