Anthropic's Application Security team is hiring a Staff+ engineer to build and run Claude-powered security systems: LLM-driven code analysis, automated vulnerability remediation and AI-assisted threat modeling, each owned end-to-end. The work also covers secure design reviews for agentic systems, a public bug bounty program and an operational rotation for escalations, incidents and launch consults. The posting wants hands-on AppSec and cloud/container experience, production coding in Python, Go, Rust or TypeScript, threat-modeling skill and comfort with ambiguity; 7+ years is preferred.
