Shield AI is hiring a production supervisor in Dallas to lead a team of avionics and electrical assembly technicians on autonomous aircraft programs. The work covers integration, functional testing and troubleshooting, plus building the processes and disciplined production environment for rapid prototyping, new product introduction and the move to flight-ready hardware. It coordinates with manufacturing engineering, quality and production planning on material readiness, tooling, documentation, test equipment, schedule performance, configuration management and continuous improvement. Hands-on technical depth and experience building technician teams from the ground up are sought.
