CoreWeave's Inference team runs a Kubernetes-native platform for large-scale GPU workloads and real-time model serving. The senior engineer acts as an area owner: leading technical designs, breaking multi-service work into milestones, and owning request routing, adaptive scheduling, cost-per-token analytics and GPU resource isolation, plus optimisations such as micro-batch schedulers, speculative decoding and KV-cache reuse.
