The role partners with account executives, product, and machine-learning engineers on pre-sales: customized demos, pilots, scoping customer requirements, and developing scopes of work. After the sale, the engineer helps the delivery team with initial implementation and works with forward-deployed software and ML engineers to develop agents. The posting asks for engineering background, client-facing pre- or post-sales experience, Python, Java, or web languages, and enterprise SaaS or related industry experience. GenAI, forward-deployed engineering, and ML experience are nice to have.
