Cohere is hiring a founding Solutions Architect for the Nordics, remote from Stockholm or London. The role blends forward-deployed engineering with AI transformation: mapping customer problems to Cohere's models, designing enterprise architectures for pilots and evaluations, and owning the technical relationship with enterprise and government accounts including Saab, TKMS and Thales. The posting asks for 3+ years of customer-facing pre- or post-sales solutions engineering, familiarity with ML concepts, Python comfort, and professional English; Swedish, Danish or Norwegian is preferred. Cohere will consider Associate through Staff level.
