xAI's Grok Voice Model team is hiring a software engineer to build voice AI, covering the full training pipeline. The work spans large-scale speech data curation, synthetic data generation and annotation, pre-training and post-training of speech-language models with supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning, and an evaluation framework using objective metrics, human preference studies and A/B testing.
