Scale AI is hiring software engineers for its Public Sector business, building the backend systems and agentic capabilities that forward-deployed teams use with federal customers. The work covers guardrails around agents, data retrieval, orchestration of fleets of asynchronous agents, alerts on data deviations and explanations of agent decisions, plus pipelines and machine learning infrastructure that make federal data usable by agents.
