Baseten is hiring a software engineer for its Observability team inside the Infrastructure organization. The role builds and operates telemetry ingest and storage pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces, plus instrumentation libraries, alerting, and SLO tooling across a multi-cloud AI inference platform. The posting seeks deep experience in one observability signal area, familiarity with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ClickHouse, or OpenTelemetry, and proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
