Scale AI is hiring a Software Engineer, Identity, on its Identity Engineering team. The role designs and implements identity infrastructure for secure authentication and authorization across enterprise systems, covering SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and access models such as ReBAC, ABAC, and RBAC. The person also builds identity governance policies for standards including NIST, SOC2, and ISO 27001. The posting asks for 3+ years of post-graduation engineering experience, IAM and Infrastructure as Code skills, distributed systems knowledge, and AWS.
