Ema is hiring a full-stack engineer to build production AI agents that run inside Teams, Slack, email and voice channels and take actions against enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow and Workday. The job spans discovery, building, evaluation, launch and the long months of making an agent reliable, with direct work alongside enterprise customers. Ema asks for 5+ years of engineering experience, strong backend fundamentals, and Python and Go. Prior work on LLM systems, evals, RAG, MCP or agent tooling is a plus. The role is remote in the UK.
