OpenAI's People Innovation Labs, an engineering team inside the People organization, is hiring a full-stack product engineer to build internal HR, culture and recruiting software, including tools that apply the company's language models. The engineer owns products end to end, talks with internal stakeholders, and works with researchers on applying their latest models.
