Glean is hiring a software engineer for data and AI security and governance on its Work AI platform. The person owns greenfield features from inception through launch: architecting data pipelines, AI models and REST APIs, writing maintainable code, and mentoring junior engineers alongside designers, product managers and data scientists. The posting asks for 5+ years of product engineering, experience with enterprise security products and with using AI/ML in a product, frontend and backend shipping, and comfort with Golang, Java and TypeScript. It is hybrid, four days a week in the Mountain View office.
