Cursor is hiring a software engineer for its Agent Harness team, onsite in San Francisco or New York. The person builds the agent loop, tools, prompts and execution environment shared across Cursor products, tunes model behaviour and the default "Auto" model selection, shapes the default agent's personality, and helps launch new models with foundational providers and the research team.
