OpenAI's Integrity team is hiring a software engineer for Ads Integrity, a new cross-functional area building protections for the company's emerging ads products. The work is backend-heavy: low-latency risk evaluation, signal pipelines, enforcement infrastructure, advertiser onboarding and verification, fraud and spam prevention, and tooling for policy and operations review. Candidates should have significant experience with large-scale distributed systems and a background in trust and safety, anti-abuse, fraud, risk, or security. ML familiarity helps but is not required. Based in San Francisco, hybrid.
