Anthropic is hiring a Social Escalations Manager as a founding member of Community & Executive Escalations, a new pillar of its Operations organization. The role builds playbooks, escalation criteria, tooling and SOPs, then runs them: monitoring public social channels for brand mentions, triaging issues, owning escalations end to end, briefing executives and Comms partners, and writing real-time and post-incident reports. It asks for six-plus years in social analytics, escalations, support or similar front-line operations, plus social listening tooling experience. The team is new, so the hire helps define it.
