Tenstorrent's Architecture team is hiring a SOC architect to specify one or more chiplets for its robotics and automotive family, including the central compute chiplet for a next-generation automotive SoC. The job asks for five-plus years turning high-level requirements into architectural direction, deep SoC knowledge across interconnects, I/O, memory and CPUs, comfort with performance, power and reliability trade-offs, and familiarity with functional safety and ISO 26262. Work spans design, verification, software and systems teams. Candidates at any experience level are welcome; level is set during interviews. Munich-based.
