Figure, a robotics and AI company, is hiring a Shift Coordinator for its first data operations unit in Brazil. The role runs daily data-capture work on a rotating shift in São Paulo: assigning tasks among Data Creators and capture stations, solving hardware, staffing and facilities problems in real time, ensuring coverage, handing over shift status, and enforcing SOPs, safety and ergonomics. It asks for 1–2+ years in operations, production, logistics or shift supervision, clear communication, professional English, and availability for nights and weekends. Pay is R$ 8,000–13,000 monthly plus benefits.
