Firmus builds and runs AI data-centre infrastructure and a GPU cloud; its AI FactoryOS Operations group in Sydney needs a Service Delivery Manager. The role owns incident and change management: the severity model and major incident command, the change calendar and change records, the runbook programme, operational acceptance for new or changed services, and reporting on service levels, error budgets and incidents. It also gathers access, change and incident evidence for ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Experience owning an incident, change and problem practice in 24/7 cloud infrastructure is required.
