Nebius seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Virtual Private Cloud team, which builds the networking layer of Nebius AI Cloud: private networks, routing, security groups, load balancing, VPN. Programs include launching VPC in new regions, supporting new hardware generations, and improving scalability. The posting asks for five or more years delivering complex cross-team initiatives, working knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, routing, NAT and firewalls, and comfort with distributed-systems discussions.
