Nebius is hiring a senior systems engineer to help build its hyperscaler platform, focused on the performance of large-scale GPU clusters used for AI training and inference. The work spans hardware, Linux kernel and system software, InfiniBand/RoCE networking, KVM/QEMU virtualization and collective communication layers such as MPI and NCCL: diagnosing bottlenecks, testing new hardware, qualifying clusters and handling customer escalations. The posting asks for five or more years of systems software development, three or more with Linux, and C/C++, Go or Python. Coding interviews are part of the process.
