Zoox's program management office is hiring a technical program manager to own a portfolio of programs for new autonomy and safety capabilities: fail-operational architectures, next-generation perception and motion planning, learned scene understanding and behavior models, collision avoidance, and guidance and routing. The role covers several concurrent programs rather than one subsystem, partnering with other TPMs and leading directly where no owner exists. It calls for building credibility and driving decisions across engineering, validation and safety teams outside the reporting line. The role is hybrid, based in Foster City, California.
