Snorkel AI is hiring senior or staff software engineers for its ML and Research Engineering team in San Francisco, hybrid. The work makes frontier AI data generation and evaluation faster and cheaper: cutting the cost of long-horizon agent evaluation through sampling and caching, routing eval and judge calls to cheaper models, fine-tuning open-weight models with LoRA, and building golden datasets and calibrated LLM-as-judge measurement. It asks for five-plus years of production ML or software experience, strong Python, and statistics and experimentation grounding, and is one of the team's earliest hires.
