Snorkel AI is hiring a senior or staff forward deployed engineer for synthetic data generation. The person leads technical execution of customer engagements: designing pipelines that generate, filter and evaluate synthetic data for model training and evaluation, building LLM-assisted workflows and automated evaluators, running experiments on downstream model performance, and turning recurring solutions into reusable tooling. The posting asks for 5+ years in ML engineering, data science or applied AI, strong Python, Docker and cloud deployment, hands-on LLM work, and experience leading technical workstreams with customers.
