Waymo's Compute Software team in Bangalore needs a senior C++ engineer to build runtime components and diagnostic tools that link autonomous-driving software to custom silicon and compute platforms. The work spans hardware-in-the-loop test harnesses, regression frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, silicon and reliability qualification across hardware revisions, and debugging software-to-hardware issues in lab and emulation environments. The posting asks for a technical degree and five or more years of experience, modern C++, Linux, scripting and CI/CD. Two tracks exist: silicon validation, or compiler and ML optimisation.
