Nebius is hiring a senior product manager for Tavily, its web access layer for AI agents, to own search infrastructure as a product. The role sets quality bars and release criteria for search, owns depth, latency and cost tradeoffs, shapes index coverage and freshness, and builds a roadmap for search as agents become the main consumer. It requires 5+ years of product management on high-scale search or ranking, plus engineering, ML engineering or research background on a production system, and familiarity with LLMs and agentic retrieval.
