Harvey, which builds AI for legal professionals, is hiring a Senior or Staff User Researcher in San Francisco, on-site. The role owns research strategy for a product area, runs qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods studies, and studies how legal professionals work with and outside the platform. It asks for 5+ years of user research experience, a psychology, HCI or related degree, and comfort building internal tooling such as custom GPTs or research agents. Reporting to the Head of User Research.
