Roku's Advertising Performance group is hiring a senior machine learning scientist in Austin for conversion modeling. The work covers state-of-the-art and original research: generative image and video ad creation, attribution and calibration, forecasting and time-series modeling, yield and margin optimization, and A/B and multivariate experimentation on Roku's ML, experimentation and inference platform. The posting asks for a PhD in a quantitative field, eight or more years of applied statistical and deep-learning research, and published work on deep learning for advertising. Advertising-domain experience and open-source contributions are preferred.
