Together AI is hiring a senior ML engineer to own the serving layer for its Voice AI platform in San Francisco. The work covers inference optimization for speech-to-text, text-to-speech and speech-to-speech models: profiling GPUs, designing batching and streaming strategies, and building evaluation frameworks that measure word error rate, naturalness and latency. Candidates need five or more years in ML engineering, hands-on work inside serving engines such as vLLM, SGLang or TensorRT-LLM, and Python and PyTorch. Speech and audio experience is a plus, not a requirement.
